By road: Take the A8 from the city centre towards West End. The hotel is 300 yds beyond Haymarket station, on the right hand side. Approaching Hotel from West or North, head for A8 (City Centre), the Hotel is along the A8 - St Johns Road-Corstorphine Road leading unto West Coates.
From the Airport, Head along the A8 towards the city centre, drive for about 6 kilometres along the A8, Cumberland Hotel is on the left.
From M8 or City By-Pass or M9/M90 - head for A8 on the North West of Edinburgh, drive along A8 into City, Cumberland within 0.5 kilometres from the West End of the City.
